Project Manager
Structure and clarity, from kickoff to launch.
Radikal is looking for a Project Manager who brings calm, organized coordination to client projects and retainers. You create structure and clarity for clients and internal teams by managing timelines, communication, documentation, and expectations.
You keep cross-functional teams aligned, surface risks early, and make sure clients feel supported through every phase of delivery, from discovery and build to QA, launch, and beyond.
Coordinate, communicate, and deliver.
- Plan and manage scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across client projects and retainers.
- Coordinate tasks and dependencies across team members so work is sequenced clearly and delivery stays predictable.
- Keep cross-functional teams aligned through proactive communication and clear documentation.
- Facilitate smooth transitions across discovery, build, QA, launch, and post-launch.
- Provide consistent, structured updates that help clients understand progress, decisions, and timelines.
- Review timesheets, prepare project quotations, and coordinate invoicing with Operations and Finance to protect profitability and delivery accuracy.
- Work closely with Development, Design, and Strategy to clarify tasks and requirements, surfacing blockers and risks early.
- Leverage AI tools to support planning, documentation, communication, and reporting.

Experience
2 to 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, digital, or e-commerce environment.
Technical understanding
A solid grasp of basic website development concepts and comfort working with Shopify.
Communication
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and keep client communication calm and proactive.
Organization
Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
Problem solving
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and escalate appropriately.
Commercial awareness
Comfortable with budgets, quotations, and the numbers behind healthy, profitable project delivery.
Language
Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (B2 minimum).
Location
Able to work from our office in Antwerp a few days a week.

Shopify & app ecosystem
Hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus projects, apps, and the wider commerce ecosystem.
Project tooling
Experience with tools like Scoro, Notion, Jira, or similar to keep work organized.
Agency & multi-client
You've worked in a fast-moving agency and can juggle multiple clients and shifting priorities.
Extra languages
French or other languages are a welcome plus for clients across the region.
Analytics feel
A sense for performance, conversion, and the e-commerce metrics that matter.
Karaoke
A strong karaoke skillset.
Shopify Premier partner, moving to Platinum.
